El proyecto de Mikel Sánchez consiste en la automatización integral de un edificio multifuncional utilizando tecnología KNX. Se ha implementado un sistema inteligente que gestiona iluminación, climatización, persianas, ventilación y seguridad, todo desde una plataforma centralizada. Gracias a sensores de presencia, temperatura y luminosidad, se optimiza el consumo energético sin comprometer el confort. Además, se prioriza la interoperabilidad y la escalabilidad, permitiendo futuras ampliaciones. El diseño se adapta a las necesidades cambiantes del usuario, combinando eficiencia, funcionalidad y sostenibilidad en un entorno de alta tecnología.
