Customers Description
projet de Gestion Technique du Bâtiment (GTB) pour un hôtel de 69 chambres, utilisant les technologies Schneider KNX, DALI et Modbus. Cette GTB permet de gérer l’éclairage, la climatisation, les accès, la consommation énergétique et la qualité de l’air en temps réel via une supervision centralisée. L’installation coûte plus de 10 millions d’euros et comprend plus de 150 points de comptage, permettant un contrôle précis et une optimisation pour le confort et l’efficacité énergétique. Ce système intègre aussi la gestion des alarmes et la variation lumineuse selon les horaires, améliorant à la fois performance et expérience client.
