Customers Description
The hotel undertook a mission to revamp its energy system. Advanced controls were added to rooms for power, lighting, fan coils, and thermostats. A multi-sensor, capturing data like temperature and presence, was integrated. By replacing the old key card holder with our virtual holder logic, the hotel cut energy costs by 40%.
Integration with the hotel's PMS was pivotal. It offered real-time data on guest activities. Our virtual holder logic, linked to a door sensor, was key. Each door opening triggered a presence check. If detected, the room switched to 'occupied', optimizing energy use, aligning with guest presence.
