Impianto completamente automatizzato per la supervisione e la gestione da remoto dell'intera struttura ricettiva non presidiata.
Casa vinicola con cantina, alloggi b&b, sala eventi con cucina, sala degustazione vini e wine shop.
L'automazione della struttura prevede, oltre al classico controllo della illuminazione, la gestione di un sistema di riscaldamento/climatizzazione differenziato per ogni macrozona della struttura, la gestione di un sistema di generazione codici temporanei per l'accesso alla struttura e agli alloggi in assenza di personale in loco.
