Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
El Instituto Politécnico Escuelas San José alberga, en sus casi 100.000 metros cuadrados, un edificio de servicios, zona deportiva con piscina olímpica y tres etapas primaria, secundaria y Formación Profesional. El control de los edificios cuenta con control de iluminación, HVAC, Smart Metering y visualización. El objetivo futuro del alumnado y tutor del Departamento de Eficiencia Energética e Instalaciones Eléctricas, pasa por integrar en la visualización el control de las ocho salas de calderas y tres instalaciones solares térmicas, así como la medida de energía de los diferentes edificios.
