Detailed Description

Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Innovation

Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Customers Description

Learning KNX topology on paper is one thing, truly grasping the scale of a maxed out installation is another. Students complete their KNX training without ever internalising what 59+k addressable devices actually means in practice. The KNX Topology Explorer was built to close that gap. It is a fully interactive, browser-based teaching tool that renders the complete hierarchy of a maximum KNX TP installation, backbone, areas, and lines. Students can expand each layer, locate any address instantly, and visually distinguish between backbone-, line- , segment-couplers, and power supply units through colourcoding. This free tool runs entirely in the browser, making it accessible in any classroom, anywhere in the world via - https://marcdahl.dk/knxtotal.html By turning an abstract specification into something students can explore with their own hands, the KNX Topology Explorer transforms one of the most commonly misunderstood concepts in KNX education into a moment of genuine discovery.
