Customers Description

This two-story penthouse is equipped with an impressive lighting system consisting of over 300 light points, 38 blinds and shutters, and four retractable roofs. It features 13 heating zones and 9 independent air conditioning zones, along with two independent heating systems. The KNX system supports energy management and controls the power generator. Additionally, the penthouse is protected against flooding and sunlight, and is equipped with alarm systems as well as hazardous and anesthetic gas detection systems. The fire detection system is integrated with KNX, as is the 9-zone audio system. The KNX system also includes an integrated video intercom and garage door control system. Even the fireplace is controlled via the KNX system, adding even more convenience and modernity.
