Customers Description
A complete KNX-based building automation system was implemented in a reception venue in Thessaloniki. The project includes centralized control and monitoring of lighting, openings (doors/windows), irrigation systems, and water management.
The system continuously monitors the levels of potable water and irrigation tanks, as well as the septic tank, providing real-time status updates. Automated alerts are triggered in case of abnormal level changes.
Additionally, the installation integrates a basic security function, sending instant notifications upon door breach detection, effectively operating as an intrusion alert system.
Overall, the solution enhances operational efficiency, safety, and resource management through a unified smart control platform.
