Customers Description

Im Zuge einer Sanierung wurde wir für ein 180 qm Penthaus mit der Planung und Programmierung eines KNX Bus Systems beauftragt. Dabei kamen u.a. auch KNX-RF (Funk) zum Einsatz. Wir haben uns darauf spezialisiert, ein hohes Maß an sinnvoller Automatisierung zu erhalten, sodass im Normalbetrieb möglichst selten manuell eine Schaltaktion ausgelöst werden muss. Dazu wurden von uns neben Tür & Fensterkontakten auch Präsenzmelder eingesetzt, mittels der wir automatische Aktionen in Abhängigkeit bestimmter Faktoren ausführen lassen (licht-/ temperatur-/ wetter-/ und präsenzabhängig). Die Gebäudesteuerung erfolgt also hauptsächlich vollautomatisch. Nur in seltenen Fällen muss manuell über Taster, Visu oder Sprachsteuerung eingegriffen werden (z.B. Gute Nacht/Morgen Szene) Besonderheiten: 1) Sprachsteuerung 2) Musik, TV und Beleuchtung folgen automatisch in die entsprechenden Räume (Präsenzmelder)
