Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
Im Jahr 2020 begann die Sanierung des über die Grenzen hinaus bekannten Wirtshaus Steirereck auf dem Pogusch. Alle Technikräume wurden unterirdisch im Berg versteckt ebenso die Privaten Wohnräume des Inhabers, sodass die schöne Gegend nicht durch Betongebäude verschandelt wurden. Erstmals wurden sogenannte Berts, dies sind Baumhäuser welche nur einen halben Quadratmeter Fundament benötigen gebaut. Auch ein in den Berg versenktes Glashaus kann man zum Übernachten benutzen. Das Wirtshaus wurde kernsaniert ohne den alten Scharm zu zerstören. Natürlich wurde die Beleuchtung Beschattung sowie die Einzelraumregelung mit dem System KNX ausgeführt.
