Richter Gedeon’s new office building demonstrates how KNX can transform a modern corporate headquarters into an intelligent, energy-conscious and future-proof working environment. The project integrates lighting, shading, heating, cooling, ventilation and central building supervision into one scalable automation platform, designed to support comfort, operational transparency and long-term flexibility. The KNX-based solution allows different building functions and products from multiple manufacturers to work together reliably, while giving users and facility managers intuitive control over daily operation. The result is not only a technically advanced office building, but a smart workplace where automation actively contributes to energy efficiency, employee comfort, sustainability goals and the long-term value of the property.
