Les avantages de la salle polyvalente dans ce projet résident dans sa gestion de l'éclairage, de la sonorisation et de la climatisation.
La gestion de l'éclairage a été réalisée en élaborant plusieurs scénarios adaptés aux différents thèmes à présenter.
La gestion de la sonorisation a été programmée de manière à diffuser du son pendant les périodes de pause entre les présentations, Quant à la gestion de la climatisation, elle a été conçue pour réguler la vitesse de l'air, extraire le CO2 et introduire de l'air frais.
