Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
E-Necker hat im November das erste Smarthome-Kompetenzcenter in Österreich eröffnet.
Das Kompetenzcenter fungiert nicht nur für Fachpersonal als Schulungsstätte (für KNX Kurse, IT Kurse, Smarthome-Akademie), sondern bietet auch B2B- und B2C-Kunden die Möglichkeit, sich zum Thema Smart Home genauer und tiefergehen zu informieren. Im Kompetenzcenter wurde ein „Show“-Smart Office und eine smarte Show-Wohnung eingerichtet. Kunden haben so die Chance Smart Home/Office zu besichtigen bzw. zu erleben und können auf Wunsch auch eine Nacht in der Showwohnung schlafen.
Da im Kompetenzcenter auch Ausbildungen abhalten werden, wurde für das Fachpersonal eine „Playwand“ gestaltet, auf welcher, auch außerhalb der Kurszeiten, eigenen Programmierungen, diverse Gerätefunktionen getestet und Anwendungsfälle nachgestellt, werden können. Und diese wird auch laufend erweitert um am Puls der Zeit zu bleiben.
