Energy Efficiency

Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Es wurde ein Campus geschaffen für modernes Arbeiten mit attraktiven Arbeitsplätzen und großzügigen Aufenthaltsbereichen. Die zukunftsweisenden Büroflächen wurden ergänzt um ein Betriebsrestaurant, Café, Shop, Kiosk und eine Kindertagesstätte. Die Siemens AG hat auf dem Campus ca. 20.000 m² Bürofläche angemietet und nutzt diesen als neuen Niederlassungsstandort.
Elektro-Breitling erhielt den Auftrag für die komplette Elektroinstallation des Urbanic Campus. Wir führten unter anderem Arbeiten wie klassische Elektro- und Netzwerkverkabelung, Sicherheitsbeleuchtung, Gebäudesteuerung, USV-Anlagen und BMA aus.
Die intelligente KNX Gebäudesteuerung sorgt hier mit der Konstantlichtregelung und der automatisierten Beschattung stets für ein angenehmes arbeiten.
