Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
La vivienda Henderson-Hartwich está ubicada en el barrio de Carrasco, zona residencial de la ciudad de Montevideo.
En la misma se han integrado al KNX todos los subsistemas de la vivienda por medio de 36 equipos de diferentes fabricantes, utilizando las tecnologías de par trenzado e IP.
Dentro de los objetivos logrados en la vivienda se encuentran: lograr un mejor funcionamiento en conjunto de los subsistema, el ahorro energético y la simplificación del manejo en el día a día.
La integración posibilita, además, un control unificado de las instalaciones con fines de confort y seguridad.
