Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Ende 2018 konnte einer LED-Beleuchtungsausrüstung entspochen werden. Auf den Prozess bezogen wird mit der neuen Technik eine Energieeinsparung von rund 60% erreicht. Erklärtes Ziel war weiterhin die Steigerung von Flexibilität und Effektivität mit Hilfe der Dali-Technik und einer aktiven Tageslichtnutzung in unserer ZEPPELIN CAT Halle (A1) sowie die Implementierung von Betriebsstundenzählern in unserer Energiemanagement –Software.
Die Wahl einer geeigneten Praktik fiel wegen innerer Störgrößen (Verbauung, Standbeleuchtung, Fläche) auf die Methode der tageslichtabhängigen Steuerung. Hierbei wird der Helligkeitsmesswert einer KNX-Wetterstation in einem Wago-Controller gefiltert (binomial), das Dimmlevel über den mittleren Tageslichtquotienten berechnet, die Sendefreigabe mittels einer Logik geprüft und entsprechend das Ergebnis über den Bus an die Dali-Gateways gesendet.
