Customers Description
Kunming International Changshui Airport is a core aviation hub in the southwestern region of China. The original lighting system was energy-intensive and lacked energy consumption statistics,resulting in power waste and making it difficult to achieve digital management. Therefore, the airport carried out intelligent lighting upgrade and introduced the KNX intelligent control system.This project utilized over 1,000 KNX devices to achieve precise control of airport lighting. In terms of application technology, it combined KNX energy modules, illuminance sensors, etc., and could automatically adjust the lighting brightness according to environmental light and personnel activities. The application effect was remarkable. Through the KNX energy management module and management platform, the energy consumption was reduced by 30%-50% compared to before the upgrade, the operation efficiency was significantly improved, and faults in lamps could be precisely located based on current values.
