Customers Description
Monticello is a luxury 7 floor residential complex situated in centre of Rome immersed in a historic park, near the Vatican City. The complex has 60 apartments with large terraces,2 parking floors, roof garden, fitness club, children's space The project started in 2015 and will be completed in 2018. Monticello is a new way of living the Smart Home in Rome, all this using mainly VIVO KNX European products and other integrated solution. Every customer has access to his KNX system using Crestron touch or app: in anytime and in anyplace, inside or outside his home.
