At Novotel Madinah, advanced smart building technologies have been seamlessly integrated to enhance operational efficiency, guest comfort, safety, and centralized facility management. The project includes the integration of LCS, CCTV, Security Systems, and BMS into a unified intelligent platform, enabling real-time monitoring and coordinated control across the property.
The Building Management System (BMS) acts as the central backbone of the hotel’s smart infrastructure, connecting HVAC, lighting, energy monitoring, security, surveillance, and ELV systems into one integrated environment. CCTV and security systems are fully linked with the BMS for centralized alarm management, monitoring, and faster incident response, while the Low Current Systems (LCS) integration ensures reliable communication and seamless interoperability between all smart building functions.
